Job summary

Astound is hiring a residential direct sales representative to secure new customers in the field. You will meet residents face-to-face, discuss service needs, and sign up orders in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

This role features a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with potential total compensation up to six figures for high performers. Training starts in late November or December, with a flexible start date and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience in door-to-door residential sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and sign-up orders.
• Build Astound brand awareness through in-field marketing and campaigns.
• Pursue leads daily and manage property-specific offerings.
• Report sales statistics accurately to management and attend meetings.
• Represent Astound professionally with residents and property managers.
