Job summary

Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential services, working in the field to build the customer base in multiple markets. You’ll start with a base salary and earn uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings potentially reaching six figures as performance grows.

The role requires outdoor, face-to-face outreach, with training and onboarding beginning in December and flexible start dates (November 30 or December 7). Benefits accompany a full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits to homes and property managers.
• Pursue leads daily and build strong customer relationships.
• Explain service options, provide quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Represent Astound with professionalism in the community and at events.
