Astound is hiring a Direct Sales Representative for residential services. You will generate new customers through door-to-door interactions, understand residents' needs, and close sign-ups in a fast-paced, outdoors-based role.

Flexible start dates with December training prepare you to build momentum for the New Year. Base salary ranges with uncapped commissions, and the potential to exceed six figures with strong performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage customers in person.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work autonomously in field-based settings.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits and referrals.
• Present service options, provide quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Maintain knowledge of property contracts, service levels, and local rules.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and report progress to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and participate in training sessions.
