Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic residential sales representative to build new customer relationships through face-to-face, in-person visits in assigned territories. You will work outdoors, pursuing leads daily, presenting solutions, and signing up residents for services with uncapped commission potential.

The role offers a base salary and the opportunity to exceed six figures through strong performance and plan attainment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building and presentation skills.
• This is a face-to-face and door-to-door position requiring outdoor field work.
• Must be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable working autonomously.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required in some markets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through direct, in-person interactions.
• Pursue provided leads daily and build brand awareness in assigned territories.
• Understand property contracts and service levels to tailor solutions.
• Present quotes, sign-up orders, and explain offerings to residents and managers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and accurately report performance to management.
