Astound is seeking a Residential Outside Sales representative to obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions with residents and property managers. The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, enabling strong earnings potential.

You will pursue leads daily, manage your territory, and participate in training to maximize performance in a dynamic sales environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license where required.

• Comfortable in outdoor, field-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Pursue leads provided daily and understand property contracts.
• Present quotes and sign-up orders; meet sales targets.
• Build Astound brand awareness through field campaigns.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and local market.
