Job summary

Astound is actively seeking field-based residential sales representatives to sign up new customers in a face-to-face, door-to-door capacity across multiple markets in the United States. The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and the potential to exceed six figures through performance-driven earnings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
Motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously.
Detail oriented with strong time management.

Responsibilities

Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
Pursue leads provided daily and manage client relationships.
Understand property contracts, service levels and obligations.
Present solutions and sign-up orders.
Attend sales meetings and report sales stats to management.
Stay informed about competitor activity in your market.
