Astound is expanding its Residential Direct Sales team in multiple markets, offering a base salary plus uncapped commissions. This field-based role involves face-to-face home visits and building relationships with residents and property managers to sign up new customers. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work outdoors in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand every unique element of assigned properties in the portfolio.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language and service levels.
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Stay up to date with competitor activity in the market.
