Astound is hiring a Direct Sales Representative for residential, field-based work. You will obtain new customers through in-person visits, pursue leads daily, and explain service options with strong product knowledge. We offer base pay plus uncapped commissions and opportunities to exceed six figures with performance.

Training starts in December with a flexible start in late November/early December. The role requires outdoor, face-to-face interaction and requires reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in direct or field sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property specifics within the assigned portfolio.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language, service levels, and obligations.
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in the market.
