Astound is seeking driven sales representatives for residential direct sales in a field-based role. You will engage residents in-person, pursue leads, and communicate service options with clarity.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000, with uncapped commissions and potential earnings surpassing six figures. Training starts in late November/early December, and you will be part of a team focused on growth, territory expansion, and customer acquisition.

Formación

• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage residents in person and explain services clearly.
• Comfort working outdoors and in field settings.
