Job summary

Astound is hiring for a field-based residential direct sales position in multiple locations. You will obtain new customers through face-to-face outreach, pursue daily leads, and articulate service solutions at residents’ homes.

The role emphasizes uncapped commissions and a base salary with earning potential that can reach six figures for top performers. Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with commissions and bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, relationship building and presentation abilities are essential.
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced field setting with quota targets.
• Must be motivated, self-starting and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face interactions with residents and referral sources.
• Pursue leads daily and understand property-specific service opportunities.
• Discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign-up orders at residences.
• Distribute marketing materials and support campaigns to build brand awareness for Astound.
• Review property contracts, service levels, restrictions and obligations with customers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales stats to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activities in the market.
