Job summary

Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential services in a field-based role. You will drive new customer growth through face-to-face, door-to-door engagement, with base salary and uncapped commissions. Start with December training, potential for six-figure earnings, and support from a top-tier provider.

Base salary ranges $32,000–$40,000 with commission incentives; total on-target earnings up to $90,000+ annually. Roles available in multiple U.S.

Qualifications
