Job summary

Astound is hiring a Direct Sales Representative - Residential to engage residents in assigned markets, generate new customer signups, and build strong relationships while representing a premier internet provider.

You’ll start with a base salary range of $32,000 to $40,000 plus uncapped commissions, with total earnings potentially exceeding six figures. December training and a flexible start date help ramp quickly in the new year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outdoor/field sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents and property managers.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand every element of assigned properties within the portfolio.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language and understand service levels and obligations.
• Identify customer needs and articulate suitable solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
