Job summary

Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential field sales in multiple U.S. markets. You will engage residents in person, pursue leads daily, and represent a top-tier internet provider with uncapped commission potential and a base salary. Training starts in December with a flexible start date.

The role offers a base salary of $32,000–$40,000 plus commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $90,000+ depending on performance and market location.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Customer-facing, outdoor field work experience is a plus.
• Must be motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Pursue leads provided daily and build Astound brand awareness in the market.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and customer needs to articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay updated on competitor activity in your market.
