Job summary

Astound is hiring Direct Sales Representatives for residential outreach in multiple markets. You’ll engage residents door-to-door, explain services, and sign up new customers for our internet, WiFi, and TV offerings. Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with uncapped commissions and a total on-target potential up to $90,000+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills
• You are sales-quota driven and motivated, self-starter with autonomous work style

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents and property groups
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily and understand property contract language and service levels
• Distribute marketing material, build Astound brand awareness and report sales statistics to management
