Empowering People's Independence (EPI) seeks a dedicated supervisor to direct daily program operations and oversee staff, ensuring high-quality care for individuals served. The role requires on-call availability, shift coverage, and hands-on instruction to support client goals.

The position emphasizes compliance with OPWDD guidelines, staff training, and accurate reporting, with a focus on safety and respectful collaboration within a dynamic team environment in New York.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid NYS Driver’s License which requires a vehicle for business travel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a diverse population.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide for the continuous direction and day-to-day operation of the program and oversight for all individuals and supervision to all assigned staff.
• Serve as on-call as needed and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Provide instruction and support to help individuals achieve goals; support Habilitators.
• Complete required reports per EPI specifications and maintain up-to-date staff documentation.
