Job summary

Empowering People's Independence (EPI) in Rush, NY seeks a program supervisor to direct day-to-day operations and oversee staff for individuals served. You will ensure safety, compliance, and quality of care while supporting staff development and reporting.

Responsibilities include on-call coverage, supervising care, maintaining documentation, and promoting a respectful, safe, and person-centered environment consistent with OPWDD guidelines. Requires HS diploma and NYS driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 1 year in human services or an associate degree.
• Valid NYS driver’s license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and wellbeing of individuals served by EPI.
• Provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Supervise assigned staff and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Provide staff training and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation.
• Promote workplace safety and compliance with policies.
