Job summary

Astound is seeking a Broadband Technician II to perform residential installations, service and disconnects on customer premises in PA. You will ensure proper RF levels and educate customers on available products and services.

The role requires a high school diploma, 6+ months of relevant metrics or 1+ year in telecom, and a valid driver’s license. Base pay ranges from $22–$26 per hour, with potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 6+ months satisfactory metrics or 1+ year external telecommunications technician.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential install, service/repair, and disconnects on customer premises.
• Ensure RF and signal levels meet specifications, and educate customers on products.
• Maintain safe driving and operate company vehicle per policy.
• Record accurate information and communicate with leadership and dispatch.
