Astound is seeking a Broadband Technician II to perform residential installs and disconnects on customer premises, ensuring RF and signal levels meet specs. You will educate customers on services and upsell where appropriate, while maintaining a safe, productive route with good communication to dispatch.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Maryland base pay is $20–$24 per hour with bonus and benefits potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of experience (entry level).
• Must maintain driving license and driving record.
• Knowledge of ladder and hand/power tools.
• Excellent customer service communication (verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new skills.
• Strong problem solving and time management.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities
