Astound is seeking a Broadband Technician I to perform residential installs and disconnects on customer premises, ensuring RF and signal levels meet specs and providing a positive customer experience. You will educate customers on products and services, while maintaining clear communication with leadership and dispatch to optimize routing.

The role includes safe vehicle operation, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and the flexibility to work in varying environments.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0 (Entry Level).
• Maintain satisfactory driving record and have a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of Ladder; Hand or Power Tools.
• Customer Service Communication (verbal, written).
• Basic Computer Skills.

Responsibilities
