Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor in Dallas to lead a team of engineers who install, maintain and support Packsize equipment at key customer locations. You will drive proactive service, ensure safety and compliance, and manage site workloads to sustain top-tier performance.

The role requires strong customer service, mechanical troubleshooting, and the ability to read electrical schematics. Travel for training and site support is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or vocational technical training is strongly desired.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn troubleshooting procedures and read schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Resident Service Engineers at customer sites.
• Install, maintain and support Packsize equipment.
• Analyze KPI data to identify performance issues and coordinate maintenance.
• Provide world-class customer service and escalate as needed.
