Job summary

Packsize Greencastle, PA seeks a Resident Service Supervisor to lead a team of engineers delivering on-site installation, maintenance, and support of Packsize equipment. You will drive 5-star service, analyze KPIs, and ensure safe, compliant operations across customer sites.

Occasional travel and hands-on coaching are expected. The role requires strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, proficiency with Excel/Word, and the ability to read electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or vocational technical training is strongly desired.
• Bachelor’s in related area preferred.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities are required.
• Experience with electrical schematics and diagnostics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Resident Service Engineers.
• Install, maintain and support Packsize equipment at customer sites.
• Ensure 5-star customer service and timely reporting of site status.
• Review KPIs and drive improvements in machine performance.
• Coordinate with escalated resources for complex issues.
