Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment on customer sites in the Dallas area. The role is 100% on-site with a Monday-Thursday night shift (6:30pm-5:00am) and requires customer-facing problem-solving and hands-on maintenance.

The candidate will perform start-up testing, deliver training on product capabilities, and build strong customer relationships while coordinating with internal teams for optimal service and reliability.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms and general software tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites and coordinate on-site activities.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
