Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Dallas, TX to install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities. You will troubleshoot issues, perform start-up testing, and deliver customer training on product capabilities and maintenance.

Travel is often required and you will build strong customer relationships while adhering to safety protocols and company standards in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites and coordinate with customers.
• Troubleshooting issues using drawings and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services as needed.
• Provide start-up testing and customer training on product capabilities.
• Install Packsize solutions and train users on operation and maintenance.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and manage travel arrangements.
• Communicate clearly with Packsize and customer personnel.
• Adhere to safety requirements and protocols across sites.
