Job summary

Packsize International in Dallas, TX seeks a Resident Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain equipment on customer sites. This 100% on-site role requires troubleshooting, training customers, and coordinating with R&D and Quality teams to ensure reliable performance.

Responsibilities include scheduling at sites, performing routine and emergency maintenance, analyzing KPI data, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for related fields.
• Experience with customer-facing roles and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites and manage field assignments.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service on equipment.
• Train customers on product capabilities and maintenance.
• Analyze KPI data to identify machine performance issues.
• Install solutions and train end users to operate them.
• Maintain clear written reports and travel logs.
• Adhere to safety requirements and Packsize procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers and Packsize teams.
