Job summary

Packsize in Dallas, TX is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities. You will troubleshoot issues, perform start-up testing and train users on product capabilities.

The position is 100% on-site with a Friday–Sunday, 6pm–6:30am schedule and overnight travel may be required. You will build strong customer relationships and collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling tasks at customer sites and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Packsize equipment.
• Perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on product capabilities.
