Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor in Dallas, TX to lead a team of Resident Service Engineers who install, maintain, and support Packsize equipment at customer sites. The role emphasizes 5-Star customer service, proactive issue resolution, and ongoing coaching of staff.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, plus experience reading schematics and working with Windows platforms. The position requires travel and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Basic Excel, Word skills.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.
• Advanced mechanical skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment issues utilizing drawings, operational characteristics, and technical documentation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Resident Service Engineers.
• Install, maintain and support Packsize equipment at customer locations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and provide 5-Star service.
• Coach and train team members on processes and safety protocols.
• Manage site workload and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure accuracy of spare parts inventory.
• Ensure machine performance KPIs are met.
• Communicate clearly with customers and escalate issues as needed.
