Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain equipment onsite at customer facilities in the Dallas area.

The role requires strong problem-solving, hands-on mechanical aptitude, and excellent customer service with a flexible day/night shift schedule. You will perform start-up testing, provide training, and troubleshoot using drawings and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Windows platforms and basic office software.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and use of hand tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Relevant technical or vocational education or experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment onsite at customer facilities.
• Perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on capabilities.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality teams to ensure performance.
• Schedule tasks at customer sites and communicate findings clearly.
