Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor for the Miami community to uphold exceptional front desk operations and resident relations. The role requires supervisory skills, night/weekend availability, and coordination with security, valet, maintenance and housekeeping to deliver five‑star service and seamless coordination for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include updating front desk policies, managing amenity reservations, responding to resident

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and business level writing skills are required.
• Bi-lingual capabilities in Spanish and/or other languages are preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of life experience and industry training, plus 1 to 3 years concierge or similar level of hospitality customer service experience.
• Basic proficiency in Word and Excel to provide clear, concise notices and reports and to present basic analysis with professional presentation quality essential.
• Experience managing events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front desk manager and supervise concierge staff.
• Coordinate resident communications and events.
• Ensure policy and procedures for front desk operations are followed.
• Maintain professional front desk and concierge areas.
• Coordinate with security, valet, maintenance, and housekeeping.
