Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting in Miami seeks a Front Desk Team Member to greet guests, manage check-ins, and deliver exceptional customer service within a residential community.

You will coordinate with office staff to keep owner information current, handle packages, monitor access, and support safety and daily operations. Some college and hospitality experience are preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Familiar with using computer software; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Minimum six months of related experience; hospitality background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and maintain the highest quality of customer service.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Coordinate with office staff to update unit owner information in the computer database.
• Utilize proper phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing calls; maintain professionalism.
• Report any violations of the Rules and Regulations noticed at any time.
• Observe precautions to protect Residents, guests, and property; report damage or theft.
• Maintain the key control system and ensure keys are locked and accounted for.
• Accept and process packages; assist the Concierge with deliveries as needed.
• Be familiar with fire alarm system operations and report incidents to management.
• Call police or fire departments in emergencies; coordinate with services.
• Follow all emergency procedures with Management and authorities.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities; note maintenance issues.
• Report maintenance items such as lights, leaks, or broken equipment.
