Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for a condominium community in Miami. This full-time, hourly role supports management, greets residents and guests, coordinates front desk operations, amenity rentals, and communications.

You’ll ensure privacy, safety, and a five-star service standard while guiding staff and responding empathetically to concerns. The position emphasizes coordination with maintenance, housekeeping, and management to deliver seamless

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and writing ability are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills are important; multi-language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Front desk coordination and serving as the first point of contact for residents and guests.
• Assist management with resident communications and relationships; ensure privacy and professionalism.
• Coordinate amenity reservations, event planning, and staffing as needed; oversee check-in policies.
• Oversee content publication of resident communications and mass mailings; assist with hurricane/disaster preparedness.
