Job summary

Kw Property Management And Consulting is seeking a courteous, security-minded front desk/concierge for a high-rise property in Miami. You will greet guests, monitor entrances, and coordinate with staff to maintain safety and operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining guest relations, reporting incidents, and ensuring accurate records while upholding company policies. Minimum six months of related experience and a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Must be familiar with using computer software to perform various tasks, and must demonstrate organizational skills and strong communication skills.
• Minimum six months related experience and/or training.
• Previous work experience in a high-rise property setting is highly desired.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a standing upright position and provide high-quality customer service.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Coordinate with office staff to maintain and update unit owner information in the computer database.
• Use proper phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing calls and maintain professional communication.
• Report violations of Rules and Regulations and any safety concerns to management.
• Maintain key control and ensure keys are locked and accounted for.
• Be familiar with fire alarm system operations and report incidents to management.
• Call police or fire departments in emergencies and follow emergency response procedures.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities and report maintenance items to the Association office.
• Perform valet attendant duties as required by shift schedules.
