Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead front desk operations, promote exceptional resident service and oversee related sites like the loading dock and security staff.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to supervise a team while maintaining safety standards. The position reports to the Property Manager and is full-time on-site in a residential community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred AA/BA in Hospitality, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year Front Desk Supervisor or 3+ years Front Desk Agent seeking supervisory role.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish may be required at some properties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and maintains current knowledge of community documents, policies and procedures.
• Ensures life safety systems are operational and take corrective action as needed.
• Manages resident relations to maximize retention and customer service.
• Schedules staff and approves departmental schedules to minimize overtime.
• Writes reports on daily activities and incidents and maintains documentation in systems.
