KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a front desk team member to deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests in a Miami Beach community. You will greet visitors, coordinate security checks, and assist with administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

The role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma, and at least 6 months of related experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum six months related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Previous work experience in the hospitality industry highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all guests in a standing upright position with high quality customer service.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security.
• Coordinate with office staff to maintain and update unit owner information in the computer database.
• Handle phone calls with clear, professional etiquette.
• Report violations of rules and regulations.
• Observe safety precautions to protect residents and property; report damage or theft.
• Maintain the key control system and ensure keys are locked and accounted for.
• Familiarize with fire alarm system and report incidents to management.
• Call police or fire in emergencies.
• Follow all policies for emergency response in coordination with management.
