Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor to act as Front Desk Manager and serve as Service Manager during nights and weekends when the office is closed.

The role emphasizes delivering five-star service, supervising Front Desk staff, coordinating amenities and events, and maintaining professional communications with residents and the Management Office. A strong bilingual skill set is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and business level writing skills required.
• Bi-lingual capabilities in Spanish and/or other languages preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of life experience and industry training, plus 1 to 3 years concierge or similar level of hospitality customer service experience.
• Basic proficiency in Word and Excel to provide clear, concise notices and reports and to present basic analysis with professional presentation quality essential.
• Experience managing events.

Responsibilities

• Be the extension of the Management Office and supervise Front Desk operations.
• Coordinate resident services and ensure quality customer service for residents and guests.
• Act as chief of protocol to coordinate security, valet, maintenance, and housekeeping staff.
• Oversee amenity and event coordination, including scheduling and guest lists.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold policies and procedures.
