Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Word and Excel; knowledge of hospitality software.
• Experience managing events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk operations and supervise staff to ensure smooth 5-star service.
• Coordinate amenity rentals, events, and scheduling with security, valet, and maintenance.
• Maintain professional front desk and concierge spaces, ensuring privacy and professionalism.
• Respond to resident inquiries with empathy and proactive problem solving.
• Communicate effectively with Management Office and residents; maintain records.
• Ensure emergency readiness and adherence to policies; assist with hurricane/disaster planning.
