Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the operating unit.
• Handle resident escalations and resolve questions promptly.
• Supervise common areas and maintain property standards.
• Ensure administrative resident services tasks are completed and documented.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to resident services staff.
• Ensure SOP compliance and support administrative accounting processes.
• Drive efficiency through adoption of technologies.
