Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the operating unit and to promptly handle resident escalations. You will guide the Resident Services team, ensure customer service standards, and supervise maintenance of common areas and vacant units to company standards.

This role requires strong communication, experience with CRM/ERP systems, and a willingness to travel between communities daily.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid California driver’s license and ability to travel between communities daily.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the operating unit and handle resident escalations promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and resolving questions.
• Supervise maintenance of community areas and identify hazards.
• Oversee administrative resident services tasks and retention activities.
• Provide training and mentorship to resident services associates.
• Ensure SOP audit compliance and conduct administrative accounting processes.
• Promote efficiency by leveraging new and existing technologies.
