Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, RealPage or Coupa) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and resolving questions promptly.
• Supervise and maintain community common areas and vacant units to company standards.
• Oversee administrative resident services tasks and retention activities with accurate documentation.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to resident services staff to drive team engagement and performance.
• Ensure audit compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Execute administrative accounting processes for the operating unit.
• Drive efficiency by maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.
