Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations at the Rancho Alisal community. You will promptly resolve resident questions, maintain common areas, and guide the Resident Services team to deliver excellent service.

You will train staff, ensure SOP and accounting tasks are completed accurately, and push efficiency through existing and new technologies. Travel between communities is possible daily, with a California driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service and team supervision in a multi-site environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the operating unit and handle resident escalations.
• Ensure community areas and vacant units meet company standards and resolve hazards.
• Administer resident services tasks and retention activities with proper documentation.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to resident services staff.
• Ensure SOP compliance and manage administrative accounting processes.
• Drive efficiency by leveraging existing and new technologies.
