Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities, a division of Irvine Company, is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the operating unit and promptly handle resident escalations while supporting the Resident Services team in delivering exceptional service.

You will train staff, ensure SOP compliance, manage administrative tasks, and leverage technology to improve efficiency across the Cypress Neighborhood community and its 1677 units.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in property management or hospitality.
• Experience supervising a resident services team is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving questions promptly.
• Supervises community common areas and ensures safety and standards.
• Oversees administrative resident services tasks and documentation in the operating platform.
• Provides hands-on training and mentorship to resident services staff.
• Ensures SOP compliance across processes and procedures.
• Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing use of technologies.
