Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Rancho Alisal, resolving resident questions and guiding the Resident Services team.

You will supervise maintenance of common areas, manage admin tasks and retention activities, train staff, ensure SOP compliance, and drive efficiency through technology. Base pay ranges provided with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google suite.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, RealPage or Coupa is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the operating unit and handles resident escalations.
• Supervises and maintains community areas and vacant units per company standards; identifies hazards.
• Manages administrative resident services tasks and retention activities with proper documentation.
• Provides hands-on training and mentorship to resident services staff.
• Ensures audit compliance to SOPs and executes administrative accounting processes.
• Drives efficiency by adopting new and existing technologies.
