Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a multi-family community. You will answer phones, handle service requests, assist with move-ins, and help finalize leases with residents to ensure a smooth occupancy process.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ of residential property management or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in PC skills including Word, Excel, and email communications.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take and follow up on service requests from residents.
• Assist prospective residents with lease information and move-in processes.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure paperwork is entered into the system.
