Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide service to residents in a multi-family community. You will handle phones, process service requests, and support move-ins and renewals.

Role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and flexibility for weekend or after-hours work. Knowledge of Yardi/Payscan is a plus; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic Internet/email use.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assists prospective residents with lease information and community details.
• Prepares lease documents for move-in including pets, allotments, and paperwork entry.
• Responds to and manages resident complaints and service issues.
• Supports residents during move-out and processes lease renewals.
• Coordinates with maintenance to schedule and complete requests.
• Performs general office duties and data entry in Payscan and Yardi.
