Liberty Military Housing seeks a Customer Service Representative to support residents in a multi-family community. You will answer phones, handle service requests, and assist with move-ins and leases, ensuring high-quality service aligned with LMH standards.

Role requires strong communication, accuracy in paperwork, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. LMH offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, email).
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with lease information, community details, and move-in processes.
• Prepare lease documents for residents and enter paperwork into the system.
• Respond to and manage resident complaints and service issues with staff coordination.
• Support move-out processes, including notices to vacate and transfers.
• Manage lease renewals and provide information about community and services.
• Conduct post-turn unit inspections and move-in inventory checks with new residents.
• Follow up on work orders and resident requests to ensure completion.
• Promote resident relations and timely responses to inquiries.
• Participate in outreach marketing activities to attract prospective residents.
• Perform general office duties and data entry into Payscan, Yardi, and related systems.
