Liberty Military Housing is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to support residents in a multi-family community. You will answer phones, process service requests, and assist with move-ins and lease documentation while delivering service that aligns with LMH's standards.

You will coordinate with maintenance, management, and other teams to resolve issues, greet prospective residents, renew leases, and help maintain a welcoming, well-maintained property.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and computer skills.
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, management and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with lease information and move-in process.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure paperwork is completed and entered in the system.
