Liberty Military Housing seeks a Customer Service Representative to support residents in a multi-family community. You will handle phones, service requests, move-ins, and lease processing while delivering exemplary service.

You will work closely with maintenance and office teams to resolve issues, ensure timely follow-up, and promote resident satisfaction through professional communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ of residential property management or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with lease, community information and move-in steps.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure paperwork accuracy in the system.
• Respond to and manage resident complaints and service issues.
• Support residents during move-out and transfers and coordinate with staff.
