Job summary

Liberty Military Housing in United States (Quantico, VA) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support residents across a multi-family community. You will handle phone inquiries, process service requests, and guide new residents through move-in and lease processes to ensure exceptional service.

You will coordinate with maintenance and staff to address concerns, support move-outs, renewals, and follow-up to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and property management software (Yardi, Payscan).
• Effective communication with customers, vendors and staff; able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assists prospective residents with lease, community, and move-in information.
• Prepares lease documents and enters paperwork into the system.
• Responds to resident complaints and coordinates with staff to resolve issues.
• Supports move-out process, including notices to vacate and transfers.
• Manages lease process and renewals; follows up on services requested.
• Performs property walks/inspections and participates in meetings as needed.
• Drives or uses company vehicle to travel to locations as required.
