Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a multi-family community in Newport News, VA. You will assist prospective and current residents, handle phones, process leases, and ensure high-quality service in alignment with LMH standards.

The role requires 6 months+ property management or customer service experience, solid computer skills (MS Office, Yardi, Payscan), and a flexible schedule including weekends. A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take/ follow up on service requests from residents.
• Prepare lease documents for move-ins (pets, allotments, etc.).
• Enter lease paperwork into the system and manage documents.
• Respond to and resolve resident complaints and service issues.
• Assist with move-out process and transfers as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely service completion.
