Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support prospective and current residents across a multi-family community. You will handle phone inquiries, process service requests, and assist in the move-in and renewal processes to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include lease documentation, resident communications, and coordination with maintenance to ensure timely responses. A positive, professional demeanor and flexible schedule are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, and staff to relay information clearly.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with lease information and the move-in process.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure all paperwork is completed and entered into the system.
• Respond to and manage resident complaints and service issues with appropriate staff coordination.
• Support residents during move-out, including notices to vacate and transfers.
• Manage the lease process, finalize leases, and provide information on community and resident services.
• Conduct or assist with property walks and inspections as needed.
