Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi/Payscan preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take service requests from residents.
• Assist with move-ins, leases, and resident transitions.
• Coordinate with maintenance and staff to resolve issues.
• Follow up to ensure services are completed to LMH standards.
